Welcome to The Mayfair Melodeum. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including bespoke afternoon tea experiences, live jazz quartet bookings, corporate event planning, private party catering, luxury venue consultation, and musical entertainment curation. 1. Services Offered
The Mayfair Melodeum provides a range of luxury hospitality, entertainment, and event management services. Specific details, scope, and deliverables for each service will be outlined in a separate proposal, quotation, or service agreement tailored to your requirements.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- Booking requests can be made via telephone or email. All bookings are subject to availability.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm certain bookings, the amount of which will be specified in your bespoke proposal.
- Full payment terms, including due dates and final balance requirements, will be detailed in your individual service agreement.
3. Cancellations and Amendments
- Cancellations or significant amendments to confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing to The Mayfair Melodeum.
- Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees or forfeit of deposits, will vary based on the service type and notice period provided. These will be clearly stated in the service agreement for your specific booking.
- The Mayfair Melodeum reserves the right to amend or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, alternative arrangements or a full refund for services not rendered will be offered where applicable.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices for our services are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment methods accepted will be specified on your invoice.
- Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the service agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the execution of services.
- For venue-based services, clients must ensure that the chosen venue meets all necessary safety and operational requirements for the planned event.
- Clients are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct with The Mayfair Melodeum staff and performers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, musical arrangements, and concepts created or curated by The Mayfair Melodeum for your event remain the intellectual property of The Mayfair Melodeum unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Mayfair Melodeum will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing its services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, except where prohibited by law.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
